Strict Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery and only if all conditions below are met:

 

Return Conditions

 

  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Any hair that has been installed, washed, brushed, colored, cut, or altered will be considered used

 

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be issued store credit only
  • No cash, card, or original payment refunds
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Refunds

  • A full refund to the original payment method will be issued only if the hair is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • Hair that has been opened or used will not qualify for a refund

 

Store Credit

 

  • If bundles or hair have been opened or used, a store credit only will be issued
  • No cash or card refunds will be provided for opened or used hair

 

Return Shipping


  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return package
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
